Illustrative, not to scale

The challenge

Capital markets institutions want agentic AI. They can't send their data to get it.

Your quants, risk teams and engineers want AI agents working on your firm's data.

On public AI platforms, every prompt, file and line of code you share is processed in the provider's cloud, under the provider's control. That collides with four things your firm already manages:

  • Market data. Your licences limit who else may receive it.
  • Client information. Your confidentiality duties limit who may see it.
  • Regulators. They expect you to know where data is processed and who can reach it.
  • Strategy. Your code is your edge.

Beeks Sovereign AI brings the agents to your data, instead of sending your data to the agents.

How it works

Everything in one environment you control.

The infrastructure1 of 3

A private environment, fully managed.

Your environment runs in Beeks Proximity Cloud, in your chosen colocation facility or on your own premises. Models run on dedicated GPUs, there's no route to the public internet unless you open one, and the hardware, network, patching and monitoring are handled for you.

  4. 4No public internet route

The intelligence2 of 3

From research to a live strategy.

Phi coordinates teams of specialised agents that research, write code, test and report. Quant teams use them to build and backtest strategies, then deploy the ones that pass to trade live within the limits you set. Other teams put Phi inside the systems they already run, such as an OMS panel where traders ask questions, and use the agents to troubleshoot and improve them.

Open-weight models run on your GPUs, or your own models do, connected to your market data and internal systems.

  3. 3Your tools and ours
Your controls3 of 3

Rules your risk team sets, enforced outside the model.

Every agent has a named identity and operates within a specific person's entitlements, never beyond them. Every action is logged. Releases require human approval. No prompt can touch your controls.

Your people approve. Phi executes within your limits. A strategy goes live only after your people approve its release. It then trades through the brokers and order systems you connect, within the risk limits you set.

What Phi does

Work your teams can hand to Phi.

Each request becomes a team of agents working on your data, inside your environment. Nothing goes live until a person approves it.

Option 1

Phi's full trading environment

Your desks research, build, test and run strategies live in one place, with charts, news, your market data and the brokers you connect, without switching between tools.

Option 2

Phi inside your systems

Add Phi's agents and features to the systems you already run, from an OMS panel where traders ask questions to your in-house applications.

Start with either, and add the other when you're ready.

PhiIllustrative run

These six are a fraction of what your teams can hand to Phi.

    Why it's different

Four projects you'd otherwise build yourself, delivered as one service.

The differenceWhy it's hard to match

1Data sovereigntyIt runs beside the exchanges, or in your own building.

The infrastructure already runs beside exchanges for trading firms, while public AI platforms run in their own cloud, so your data has to travel to them.

2Built for capital marketsThe agents take a strategy from research to live trading.

A general AI assistant leaves the trading to you. Phi comes with research, backtesting and charting tools, runs many agents at once, and takes approved strategies live through your brokers, all in one environment.

3Your controlsThe controls sit outside the model.

Rules written into a model's instructions can be talked around. These are enforced outside the model, by your directory and your approvers, so no prompt can reach them.

4Fully managedIt's run for you, from the hardware to the agents.

You start with a working environment instead of a build project. Because the models run on your GPUs, no model provider holds your data.

For your security and model risk teams

On request, under NDA: the architecture, data flows, threat model, sample contract, continuity terms including source code escrow, and OmniPhi's own audit status.

    Who it's for

For firms whose data can't leave their control.

A private environment with Phi, its agents and dedicated GPUs

    Banks and asset managers

Research, risk and engineering teams use agents to develop strategies and put Phi inside in-house applications, with data residency your compliance team can audit.

Dedicated GPU racks running the models

    Hedge funds and quant firms

Specialised agents take on repetitive analysis, backtest across your full history and run approved strategies live, so your researchers spend their hours on the ideas.

Offer the service to members and clients under your own brand, with each member in its own workspace, and use it to enhance the platforms you already run.
